Heat Exchanger Plate Drilling
For gundrilling or BTA deephole drilling diameters from Ø15 to Ø60 mm (0.5 to 2.4 in). This column type machine can be designed with one to five spindles, depending on production requirements.
Drill spindles can be designed for either manual or automatic servo controlled pitch adjustment for varying hole patterns.
CNC application software automatically calculates drill position and which spindles are used based on hole pattern inputs or the downloaded part data file.
